The Erlwyn Drive Residents Association (EDRA) purchased the 66 foot Right-of-Way (ROW) known as Erlwyn Drive on February 14, 2003.

Attached is a copy of the registered deed that confirms the purchase.

You will require "ADOBE READER" software on your computer in order to read/open the files. The software can be downloaded FREE from the www.adobe.com web site.

Several property owners have deeded access to use the Right-Of-Way known as Erlwyn Drive.

These include most of the owners of the lakefront properties along Erlwyn Drive, Skyline Trailer Park (non-commercial use), and the Conservation Area owned by the Township of Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield.

It has been brought to our attention that there may be two lakefront properties along Erlwyn Drive that do not have the "deeded access" clause in their deed. You probably should check your deeds to confirm that you have the deeded access clause. You may wish to approach the EDRA BOD for assistance in reading your deed to determine if you have the deeded access clause.
